The Release Candidate of Mahara 1.3 is out now, with a load of new features, improved features and bug fixes. In order to get the final release of 1.3 out as quickly as possible the Mahara team need users to test the release candidate and report any bugs they come across.

- RSS feeds for public blogs
- Pluggable anti-spam system
- View themes
- Email bounce handling
- Moodle 2.0 Porfolio API support
- View/artefact feedback enhancements
- Statistics in the Admin area
- New blocktypes: notifications, recently modified views, recent forum posts
- Configurable forum post indentation
- Personal dashboard
